The Tobias Leadership Conference is entering its second decade with a new name, revised format, and an exciting keynote speaker but maintains all the aspects of the conference that has made it a “must attend” and “most valuable” conference over the years. The gathering is well-known for collegiality, innovative and intriguing presentations, and as a platform for reinvigorating leadership research and practice. Our new name reflects an emphasis on interaction and exploration: the Leadership Engagement and Discovery (LEAD) Conference.
