I have taught leadership since 1989, first at Purdue University and presently at Christopher Newport University, which is located in Newport News, Virginia, where I reside with my beloved wife Karin. I have been fortunate to complete three books on leadership studies. At one time, I served as chair of the MIG for Leadership Scholarship. I am grateful for the opportunities ILA has provided me throughout the years.
