· 22 years in leadership / senior advisory and management positions in the international humanitarian and development sector: India; Pakistan; Sri Lanka; Democratic Republic of Congo; Haiti, Nepal, Sint Maarten
· 15 years in the corporate sector in technical specialist, management and senior instructor roles: 4 years specifically in the field of human resource capacity development

· Advisory services: supporting governmental reform and policy dialogue on planning, organisational capacity development; post-disaster response and recovery, service delivery and local governance
