Followership

Dear Followership Community,

As Conference Co-Chair, I'm thrilled to invite you to a truly global gathering-a space where leadership and followership meet as one powerful, interconnected process. This conference will bring together scholars, practitioners, doctoral students, alumni, and program leaders from every corner of the world to explore how we can lead and follow for collective impact.

You'll engage directly with voices from the Global North and South, Indigenous scholars, and pioneers in leadership and followership studies. Every session is infused with global perspectives and Indigenous worldviews that value collaboration, reciprocity, and community.

We've designed the program to embrace the entire field-from rich theoretical discussions and cutting-edge methodology workshops to practical demonstrations and reflective practice sessions from the front lines of leadership and followership.

Our closing plenary will feature a visionary conversation with Ronald Riggio, Mark Rennaker, and international education leaders, exploring the future of holistic education-integrating leading and following, Indigenous wisdom, AI, and global collaboration for planetary health, ethical engagement, and collective progress.

This is more than an academic event-it's a collaborative, action-oriented space to co-create a just, inclusive, and sustainable future.
