Followership MIG Watercooler: February 18, 12:00 pm EST
The second Followership MIG Watercooler of the year is coming up, and we have a fantastic guest lined up for you! You won't want to miss this special hour! It will be a real privilege to welcome Robert Kelley, whose work fundamentally shaped how we understand the role of followers in organizations. At a time when leadership completely dominated the conversation, his research helped reframe followership as an active, ethical, and influential practice rather than a passive role. His thinking challenged assumptions, sharpened the field, and gave scholars and practitioners a more complete picture of how organizations actually function. Many of the ideas we now take for granted in followership studies trace directly back to his insight and courage to ask different questions. All ILA members are welcome, and we would be glad to have you join us!
