    The next ILA Followership Community Watercooler will be held on December 10. This final meeting of the year features a special agenda: we'll formally pass the torch to our incoming 2026 Followership Community Chair, Mike Linville, and close out the year with a Followership Research Roundtable. In addition to hearing updates from several invited Followership Fan Club members, we welcome all members of the Followership Community to share brief research updates so we can reflect on where current followership scholarship stands as a collective.
