Sharna Fabiano is a coach, consultant and author of Lead & Follow: The Dance of Inspired Teamwork, which draws on her background as a professional tango dancer to explore the dynamic interplay between leadership and followership. She also hosts the Lead & Follow podcast, where she talks with scholars, educators, trainers, and artists about the power of followership and its impact on teamwork, creativity, and human thriving.

With a deep understanding of movement, communication, and power dynamics, Sharna brings a fresh perspective to professional development, emphasizing trust, adaptability, and mutual influence. She coaches professionals and teams across industries to strengthen both their followership and leadership skills in order to make collaborative work both more productive and more sustainable.
