    Dear ILA Followership Community Members,

    The next ILA Followership Community Watercooler is November 12. Don't miss this meeting with a very special conversation with Jim Maroosis as we discuss the philosophy of followership.

    James Maroosis is the author of Management is the liberal arts: A Toolkit for Today's Leaders, Followership: A Partnership in Reciprocal Following, and Leadership is the Practice of the Liberal Arts.  He is a recipient of The Innovations of American Government Award, co-presented by The Ford Foundation and the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.  He taught Leadership seminars at Fordham's Graduate School of Business,  has  PHD in Philosophy from The University of Toronto, and is a former student of Anton Pegis and Marshall McLuhan
