Dear Followership Community, you are invited to ILA's Dialogue Lab '26 at Tulane University. This will be our second ILA Dialogue Lab, following up our inaugural pilot gathering in 2024 at the University of San Diego. D-Lab is designed to be an immersive gathering exploring how dialogue can help us respond meaningfully to the challenges of this moment.
Additional details include:
When & Where: January 30–February 1, 2026 at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA
What Makes It Different: Not a traditional conference - D-Lab is experiential, participatory, shaped by attendees and New Orleans' context of music, food, and civic life.
Who It's For: Educators, practitioners, scholars, students, and leaders of all kinds who want to practice dialogue in the face of today's leadership challenges.
Our Purpose: Create a learning lab for leadership in complexity, co-create transformational learning spaces together, and strengthen dialogue capacities.
I would love to see members of the Followership Member Community here, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out and ask!
