This column draws on the use of social identities, lived experiences, and social contexts that counter prevailing Western cultural norms and are used to shape the development of culturally specific, non-hegemonic paradigms of leadership. It emphasizes critical perspectives and decolonial and post-colonial approaches to studying global and culturally diverse leadership in the 21st century.
