In "Integrating Systems and Ecological Literacy in Leadership Praxis at ILA's Leadership Education Academy - A Facilitator's Perspective," Rian Satterwhite takes us behind the scenes of his involvement in ILA's Leadership Education Academy (LEA), an intensive cohort experience designed to advance one's ability to teach leadership in a variety of capacities. She sheds light on how they “engage, provoke, incite, and agitate," and how, in the end, they "build jobs in communities, invoke respect among diverse groups of people, and nurture harmony in the natural order of things.” |
