Leading With a Faith Perspective
Motivators that influence the leadership aspirations and experiences of women can include the desire to invest fully in a meaningful cause, sensing a calling to leadership, and being affirmed in areas of giftedness that contribute to organizational effectiveness. For ILA Women and Leadership member community leader Karen A. Longman these motivators have shaped a career of teaching and research that has focused on leadership development for women and people of color working in faith-based higher education. |
