π Exciting news π
In collaboration with Emerald Publishing, my co-editor and I are thrilled to share that on December 3, 2024, our call for abstracts opens for our book "Bridging Generations: Transformative Intergenerational Leadership and Followership".
Each generation offers unique insights and solutions which are crucial for building resilient, forward-thinking leadership approaches that navigate today's complexities. Integrating multigenerational perspectives leverages the full spectrum of experiences and ideas to develop effective, inclusive, and adaptive leadership strategies.
We invite scholars, pracademics, and practitioners across industries and sectors globally to share insights, frameworks, and practices that build bridges across generations, promoting effective and sustainable intergenerational leadership and followership models. π±
This collection will explore the power of intergenerational leadership and followership to transform organizations, communities, and address critical societal challenges. Leaders and followers alike have created impactful frameworks by fostering collaboration and mutual understanding across generations.
By promoting adaptive and inclusive strategies, this book will highlight valuable insights into mentorship, knowledge transfer, and innovation. Through interdisciplinary contributions-spanning business, education, community leadership, and public policy-we aim to address global and societal challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
π Fairer Society (SDGs 5, 8, 10, 16)
π± Responsible Management (SDGs 8, 9, 10, 11, 13)
π Quality Education for All (SDGs 4, 10, 16)
