    In collaboration with Emerald Publishing, my co-editor and I invite scholars, pracademics, and practitioners across industries and sectors globally to share insights, frameworks, and practices that build bridges across generations, promoting effective and sustainable intergenerational leadership and followership models for our upcoming book, "Bridging Generations: Transformative Intergenerational Leadership and Followership". 🌱
