ILA is proud to announce the publication of Gender, Communication, and the Leadership Gap, the latest volume in its Women & Leadership: Research, Theory, and Practice series. The series, edited by Susan Madsen, Karen Longman, and Faith Wambura Ngunjiri, draws from current research findings, development practices, pedagogy, and lived experience to deliver provocative thinking that enhances leadership knowledge and improves leadership development of women around the world.
